Shipping Policy — The Little Luxe Farm

At The Little Luxe Farm, every order is handmade with care and created just for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, processing and shipping times may vary slightly. Below is everything you need to know about how your order travels from our hands to your home.


Processing Time

All items are made‑to‑order.
Typical processing times are:

  • Embroidery & custom apparel: 7–14 business days
  • Rhinestone items: 5–10 business days
  • Honey & non‑custom goods: 3–5 business days
  • Seasonal or high‑volume periods: Processing may extend slightly

If you ever need an item by a specific date, reach out — we’ll do our best to accommodate!


Shipping Methods

We primarily ship through USPS or UPS, depending on size, weight, and destination.

Shipping options may include:

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)
  • Priority Shipping (2–3 business days)
  • UPS Ground / UPS 3‑Day (when applicable)

Shipping speed does not include processing time.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • item weight
  • packaging
  • your location
  • and selected shipping method

We always aim to keep shipping rates as reasonable as possible.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take 24–48 hours to appear.


Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ship orders on time, delays may occur due to:

  • carrier transit issues
  • weather conditions
  • holidays or peak seasons
  • incorrect shipping information

Unfortunately, we cannot control carrier delays, but we’ll always help however we can.


Incorrect or Lost Packages

Wrong Address Entered

If an incorrect address is provided at checkout, we are not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages.
If the package is returned to us, we’re happy to reship it — the buyer is responsible for new postage.

Lost in Transit

If your package shows no movement or is marked lost by the carrier, please reach out.
We will:

  • file a claim (if applicable), and
  • work with you to create a solution

International Shipping

At this time, we ship within the United States only.

Local Pickup (Optional)

If you offer local pickup in Ohio: Local pickup may be available.
