At The Little Luxe Farm, every item is handmade with care, crafted specifically for you. Because all orders are custom made, we do not accept returns or issue refunds.
However, your happiness matters deeply to us. If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
Incorrect or Defective Items
If your order arrives with:
- an incorrect personalization
- the wrong item
- or a craftsmanship error
please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
We will remake the item at no additional cost and send it to you as quickly as possible.
What Is Not Eligible
Because each piece is made‑to‑order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds due to:
- incorrect information provided at checkout
- changes of mind
- color or size preferences
- variations that naturally occur with handmade items
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After that point, materials may already be in use and cancellation is no longer possible.
Customer Responsibility
Please double‑check:
- spelling
- color selections
- size choices
- personalization details
before completing checkout.
We create items exactly as submitted.
